Candy is a Jiao-type clone living on The Other Side in year 7 AA. When Blue visits the Orchard for the first time, she's working in the center as a docent providing provisional government approved information about Watcher. Candy Jiao is a member of The Jiaos, a resistance organization. When meeting with the co-conspirators, Candy Jiao appears to take the lead in representing this faction.
