Red Guard

The Red Guard are the police force of the Provisional Government. They patrol Old Town and The Orchard, and guard various checkpoints. Most, if not all, carry a gun.

Officers of the Red Guard wear masks that scramble their voices, making each guard anonymous when on-duty – this prevents efforts to identify them, and thus prevents enforcing accountability. When off-duty, Red Guards blend in with regular society.

Miscellaneous are always at risk of being watched.

She is able to check biometric data using an unknown technology. She has often prevented Blue from getting upstairs.	Old Town, escalators
Ming Hudson	Uriah	"It's sisters like you that are holding us back."	Either Principal Red or one of the Support Reds who visited the Old Town bar. Uriah witnesses the Bartender speaking to the mural of Watcher and breaks anonymity. She shoots Bartender from behind, killing her. Capital Red plans to punish her, however due to the disruptive events of Chapter 6, Uriah's ultimate fate is left unknown.	Mural of Watcher
